EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (July 24, 2018) – For the second time this season, Joey Pederson parked his No. 7P Wissota Late Model in victory lane at River Cities Speedway. Pederson began the night by driving from fourth to the win in heat race two, which placed him seventh on the grid for the 20-lap feature.
The East Grand Forks, Minn. driver made his way into the top three on lap two before moving by Bill Mooney for second on lap five. From there, Pederson took advantage of the restart on lap seven to take the lead from front row starter, Brandon Fuller.
From there, Pederson held off a hard charging Mooney and Dustin Strand in the closing laps to pick up the win.
Tucker Pederson had a solid night behind the wheel of his No. 27 Wissota Street Stock on Friday at River Cities. After wheeling his way from fifth to second in his heat, Tucker recorded a top five finish in the feature. A stout field of 28 Street Stocks were in attendance on Friday.
Kelsi Pederson had a pair of events on the schedule last weekend. First up was the Chad Olson Memorial at Greenbush Race Park. Kelsi ran second in her heat race before starting and finishing in the sixth position in the feature.
On Sunday, Kelsi brought her No. 93 NLSA Lightning Sprint to Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon, Minn. After a fifth-place run in her heat, Kelsi started eighth in the feature but charged forward to take the checkers in sixth.
This weekend, all three Joey Pederson Racing drivers will be competing at River Cities Speedway on Friday and Greenbush Race Park on Saturday.
